Which coffees do you sell?
Single-origin coffees: Cloudwalker from Sololá, Guatemala; Cloudwalker K-Cups from Sololá, Guatemala; Shaman's Wisdom from Cerrado, Brazil; Dragon's Mane from Huila, Colombia; The Elixir from Huehuetenango, Guatemala; Bali Bliss from Bali, Indonesia; and Dragon's Tree from Khawlan, Yemen.
Which roast and grind options are there?
Each coffee's page shows the roast, grind and size options available right now, live from our store.
Which grind should I choose?
Whole bean keeps it fresher longer and is the better choice if you grind at home. Without a grinder, pick the grind that matches how you brew.
How should I store it?
Sealed, away from light and heat, at room temperature. Skip the freezer: the moisture swings do more harm than good.
Where is it roasted?
Here in Baltimore, Maryland. Our packaging is sourced locally too: we're a Baltimore-first business.
Sourcing
Where does your coffee come from?
Cloudwalker is bought direct from José Luis’s family farm in Sololá, Guatemala, at $4.50 a pound, roughly three times fair-trade pricing. Shaman’s Wisdom and Dragon’s Mane are partner-sourced through a specialty green-coffee importer, as regional lots from Brazil’s Cerrado and Colombia’s Huila. More on our About page.
